The Swiss goes SoundCloud

SoundCloud, a community website where you can upload your music and mixes, is getting very mucho popular. Australian disco outfit The Swiss have found their way to it and uploaded a couple of tracks and remixes in the last days.

Amazing music collaborations - Erol/Boys Noize & Mehdi/Riton

Last year Erol Alkan and Boys Noize released the collaboration single Waves/Death Suite, which made many dancefloors rock. This was released on Boys Noize' Boys Noize Records. Following the release of this, a new double A-side single called Avalanche/Lemonade is to be released soon on Erol's Phantasy label. You can listen to a preview on Erol's Myspace, but also on Boys Noize' Myspace.

Another collaboration comes from Mehdi and Riton. They call themself Carte Blanche. A first track is to be downloaded from Mehdi's blog. It is very housey and French discoish.

Meet Collin van der Sluijs, an artist from Maastricht (Netherlands).

The painting at the left is now shown at the Brooklynite Gallery in New York, as part of the 'Stealth: Artists Above the Radar' show with Derek Shumate.

Le grand opening of the show took place last Saturday 13th February. Click here for pics of the opening, and also more pics of his work. Cool as...., yes?

Street Art hunting in London

During my London trip I went out on the streets for half a day of street art hunting. The very kind Paul/Nine-0 took the day off to show me around Shoreditch, Camden, Kings Cross and Central London.
